If you become one of our Distributors you and your company will enjoy representation of our innovative commercial air purification products in the authorized territory. We will support your representation with a high-quality innovative product, competitive pricing, and excellent support.
Purealizer takes pride in setting high standard for its authorized distributors. We seek individuals and/or businesses that can meet all the following three qualifications and will be dedicated in promoting and
distributing our products.
Guidelines for a Distributor are as follows:
- The prospective distributor must have experience in selling the products of interest, must have a local office in the pursuing territory.
- The prospective distributor must have a technical support and service team who are trained to provide professional maintenance and service for units sold.
- General liability insurance coverage and a legal corporation with a resale tax certificate.
- The prospective distributor must meet the mutually agreed annual sales quota. Purealizer reserves the rights to adjust the sales quota annually based on market demands. Purealizer will work with its prospective distributors for a trial period of 6-12 months to develop specific regional markets.
This arrangement gives both parties the flexibility to learn about each other’s capabilities, establish trust and evaluate the sales potential for the Purealizer products in the market they serve. Upon meeting all these qualifications within the trial period, the potential distributor will be appointed as a Purealizer Authorized Distributor.
The new Distributors will be given our standard agreement with terms and conditions. The newly appointed distributor will be evaluated annually against the qualification requirements stated in the contract.
The distributorship agreement will be renewed yearly if qualifications are maintained. If the distributor fails to fulfill the requirements as stated in the contract, the distributorship will be reassessed for evaluation and possible termination.
