Our air purifier uses ultraviolent light in the germicidal range (254nm) which is a proven method to destroy pathogens. UV-C technology have been used for over 80 years as effective is keeping viruses from replicating thus destroying them. UV-C is combined with a powerful catalyst in the fixture’s irradiation chamber to produce a powerful oxidation process which also helps destroy microorganisms.
Solid, Proven Technology
How We Clean Air
Upper Air
Our recessed ceiling mounted troffer uses a fan motor to draw in indoor air through a set of filters.
Filtration
Air moves through two filters, the first filter is designed to capture large particulates. Air then continues through a medical-grade filter (MERV-14) to increase filtration down to .03 microns.
Filtered Air
Once through the initial filter process the air is forced into the irradiation chamber where air is then purified using UV lamps which combined generated a total of 24 watts of UV-C light.
Titanium dioxide (Ti02)
The mixing of UV-C light and Ti02 creates a process called “photocatalysis”. This is the activity occurring when a light source (UVC) reacts with the light. Inside our irradiation chamber treated metal has been infused with Ti02 which is proven to be effective against a wide range of microorganisms including bacteria, algae, fungi and viruses.
Stand-Alone System
Once the air is treated to the purification process through photocatalytic oxidation this begins to break down water vapor in the air to produce free oxygen radicals that will attack whatever is in the air and on the surface. Purified air is then recirculated and goes back into the room or area thus completing the process.
Distribution & Markets
Niche Contractors / Authorized Dealers who have a specific market they service.
Specialty Wholesale Distributors, companies which provide medical, dental or other products which might compliment commercial air purification.
HVAC Distributors, stocking wholesale supply houses which sell products to contractors who can install product.
GPO-Group Purchasing Organizations, who through the membership are able to aggregate buying power of the membership to obtain lower pricing for products.
Government Contractors (GSA). Contractors who do business primarily with Federal agencies some of which are 8a Certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned or Minority qualified.
